- General Sales Conditions.

Our general sales conditions are in accordance with the provisions taken in application of article 31 of law n° 92-645 dated July 13 the activities relating to the organization and sale of trips and we reproduce here below articles 96 to 103 of said decree.
Art. 96 - Previously to the conclusion of the contract and on the basis of a written medium, stating its corporate name, its address and the indication of its administrative authorization to carry out a professional activity, the vendor must communicate to the consumer all information relating to prices, dates and other elements making up the services supplied on the occasion of the trip or stay, such as :
- 1. Destination, means, characteristics and transport categories used
- 2. Accommodation mode, situation, comfort category and main characteristics, approval and tourist classification corresponding to the rules and practices of the host country
- 3. Meals supplied
- 4. Description of the itinerary in case of an organized tour
- 5. Administrative and sanitary formalities to carry out, more in particular in case of border crossing, with their completion terms
- 6. Visits, excursions and other services comprised in the package deal or available against an additional charge
- 7. The group's minimal or maximal size allowing to carry out the trip or stay as well as, if the execution of the tour or stay depends on a minimum number of participants, the deadline for notifying the consumer in case of cancellation of the trip or stay; such date having to be set out at least at twenty-one days before departure
- 8. Amount or percentage of the price to be paid as a down payment on signing the contract as well as the schedule for paying the balance
- 9. Terms of price revision as provided for in the contract, pursuant to article 100 of this decree
- 10. Conditions of contractual cancellation
- 11. Conditions of cancellation defined in articles 101, 102 and 103
- 12. Specifications relating to risks covered and amount of guarantees subscribed to within the framework of the insurance contract covering the consequences of public professional liability of travel agencies and public liability of non-profit-making associations and bodies and local tourist organizations
- 13. Information relating to taking out on an optional basis an insurance covering the consequences of certain cases of cancellation or of an insurance covering certain specific risks, more in particular the costs of repatriation for reasons of health or accident.
